Forrest moved to Alabama in 2017 after 10 years living in Utah to learn from the best in the game, his dad.  After 6 years working alongside Steve, Forrest has lead dozens of renovation projects. The most important foundation of a successful, timely, and on-budget renovation is a knowledgeable project manager who excels in organization, communication, and above all – integrity. With a masters degree from the school of hard knocks, Forrest has tackled every home challenge you can think of – difficult layouts, drainage and foundation issues, additions, complete renovations down to the studs, and mini facelifts room-by-room. With each new project, his number one priority is executing his client’s vision, keeping costs low, and finishing on time. The heart of his real estate passion lies with restoring old homes, as he did with his previous 100-year old Homewood home, but he is excited to manage the transformation of homes of any age. In addition to real estate, Forrest loves hanging out with his two girls – his wife, Sydnie, and their two year old, Willa. When he’s not working, you can find Forrest working on his car, off-roading, fishing with his dad, taking his daughter on a father-daughter date to the zoo, or camped out on the sofa glued to a formula one race on the weekend.
