About Sarah Stewart

Sarah Stewart has been blessed to call Santa Rosa Beach home for over 25 years. Her love of
the unique beach community of 30A fuels her endeavors as a Realtor. Since 2014 she has
enjoyed matching people with their dream homes, marketing properties , and locating
investment opportunities. Sarah has also recently become a Broker Associate, in order to better serve her clients. Her enthusiasm for life in South Walton is contagious and she helps by sharing her local
favorites with her clients. As of 2024 she has also published two locally themed children’s books.
One of which is carried by the Walton County Tourist Development Center (TDC) and whose
proceeds help to protect local wildlife through a partnership with the Emerald Coast Wildlife
Refuge. She enjoys traveling with her family on seashell hunting expeditions along the gulf
coast and volunteering through her church community
