With over 40 years of real estate experience in Birmingham as a broker, agent, and developer, nobody knows more about homes in the Magic City than Steve Chambers. Early in adulthood, Steve took over his father’s small real estate company and grew it into the largest real estate company in Alabama. The pillar trademark of Steve’s personality is summed up in one word: entrepreneur. He is constantly building, selling, and re-building both his businesses and homes. He just can’t help himself – he sees potential and has to pursue progression and perfection. He sold his first successful real estate company to focus on three of his passions – representing clients, bringing old homes back to life with incredible transformations, and training competent and specialized agents for his team. Steve is fiercely loyal to his clients and takes the responsibility of representing and advocating for them in one of their most expensive and most important decisions very seriously. In an area saturated with real estate companies and agents to choose from, what sets him a part is his extensive knowledge, proven experience, and unwavering integrity – both in his professional and personal life. He has learned so much in his career and continues to stay current with market trends. When he is not working, Steve enjoys vacationing at the beach with his better half, Carla. He also enjoys spending time with his two children, Forrest and Victoria, and his granddaughter, Willa, who affectionately calls him “Grumps”. He also loves to fish, watch Alabama football, and volunteer at church and in the community.
